How Do I Order?

  1. First, choose the product/s you like.
  2. Click add to cart.
  3. Then click Checkout when you are happy with your purchase.
  4. Once you check out, you will automatically receive an email with our banking details so you can pay via EFT.
  5. OR if you have internet banking, you can instantly pay using iPay Instant EFT . If you pay using iPay, it’s immediate. No hassle. No fuss. You will also immediately get a payment confirmation.
  6. Once you have paid, your order will be processed. Your order will be delivered within 2 working days for urban areas and 7 working days for rural areas.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery is super fast. We try our absolute best to deliver within urban areas within 2 business working days and rural areas within 7 working days.

What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?

Never gonna happen! If an item is out of stock, we will inform you about it. You can either choose a different item for the same value or wait a week for us to refill our stock. Rest assured that we will always do our best to get the products you desire to you as soon as possible and that you will always be in the loop with how your order is progressing.

Where does Supermelanin deliver to?

We deliver to any address in South Africa. (Yep, we have more coverage than some cellphone networks!).

When are you going to have International Orders?

We currently do not deliver overseas, but we’re working hard, so watch this space.  If you’re overseas, you can pop us an email and we’ll quote you for delivery if the craving is real ;).

What happens if there is no one home when my goodies are delivered?

Courier deliveries are made Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, so you should always provide a delivery address where there will be an appropriate person to sign for the delivery during these times. If there is no one around to accept the delivery, the courier company will contact the you via telephone so that a new delivery day can be arranged. Make sure you provide an alternative number (just in case!).

Do I have to receive a courier delivery personally?

Nope. Anyone can receive and sign your delivery for you.

Can I track my order?

We will email you your parcel’s tracking information the first working day after we send it e.g. if the parcel’s leaves our premises on Tuesday you will receive your tracking information via email on Wednesday morning. You can then track your parcel on the courier on  https://www.thecourierguy.co.za/tracking_home.php. Simply put your tracking code in and voila!

Do you deliver overseas?

We do not currently offer overseas delivery in our checkout process, however we are happy to quote you on a individual basis. Please contact us and let us know what you are interested in purchasing and we will quote you a delivery charge.

Can I place an order for delivery in South Africa if I am not in South Africa?

Absolutely! You can place an order for delivery in South Africa no matter where you are in the world. Send a gift to your friends, or surprise a loved one. Our super easy website makes it all possible.

Can we come and buy products from your offices?

Unfortunately, we are strictly online at the moment. (We know, that will change soon!). In the future, we’ll definitely be open to “clicking and collecting”.

When will my order come?

Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.

You can order with a few clicks. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 12pm are processed the next business day). Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!

Do you do bulk orders?

Yes, we do. Send us an email with the quantity you’d like and we will send you a quote.
