How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at [email protected] We’ll say hello back and help you get the product you ordered.

What do I do if I receive goods damaged or broken in transit?

Oh no, well, if you do not receive your order in mint condition or if anything is broken or damaged send us an email with a picture quick. So far we’ve got a great track record; but we’ll be more than happy to help if something does happen. We know how it feels when goodies breaks, and we want to make sure that you never experience that.

What do I do if I wish to return something I purchased?

Not happy with your product and need a refund? We’re sorry to hear that. Some relationships are just not meant to be and we understand that.

You are welcome to return any good purchased within 7 days of receiving the item. Unfortunately we can only accept goods for return that are still in their original unopened packaging. You will have to pay to have the item couriered or posted back to us, but as soon as we receive it, we will sort the issue out for you. Our policy is to deduct a 10% handling fee from the original price and reimburse you with the balance.

You will also need to let us know what you didn’t like about the product by sending us an email to [email protected]. We’re here to make your life easier, and we’d like to improve on the experience in whatever way we can.
