1. How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
2. What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at email@example.com. We’ll say hello back and help you get the product you ordered.
3. What do I do if I receive goods damaged or broken in transit?
Oh no, well, if you do not receive your order in mint condition or if anything is broken or damaged send us an email with a picture quick. So far we’ve got a great track record; but we’ll be more than happy to help if something does happen. We know how it feels when goodies breaks, and we want to make sure that you never experience that.
